Project Manager - Associate

Description

The Project Manager - Associate, is expected to be specialized in project planning and control, and provides support for multiple projects.

He will be assigned to lead small projects or assists lead Project Manager in complex projects.

He/she will be the interface between the customer, sub-contractor and the company for the projects he/she is responsible for.

Main Activities

  • Define and clarify project scope
  • Develop the project plan
  • Develop the project schedule
  • Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives
  • Determine the organizational structure of the project team
  • Identify roles and responsibilities
  • Identify services to be provided by 3rd parties
  • Defining project baselines
  • Measuring: Tracking project progress towards meeting its objectives
  • Evaluating: Determining the cause of deviations from the plan
  • Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations and issues
  • Project status reporting

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience (at least 2 years) of project management within at least one of the concerned technological domains (Network infrastructure, Security)
  • Sound technical understanding and knowledge of Network infrastructure such as IP networking, Wireless, Fibre Broadband and more
  • Strong project management and vendor management experience, with the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills within technology community
